I am sitting in the one lone Panera bread with wi-fi (along with the rest of Butler County) typing this message to you. If you have sent me an email, I will look for it and respond if it is urgent. Otherwise, it may be up to a week before we have Internet at home again. Call me, if you are in special need of help or contact firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for Lisa. She will help you with any username, forum access questions you may have.
Hopefully this will all resolve soon.
