Songwriting: Poetry of Lyrics!
Did you detect my obvious “easter egg”? I’ve been wearing a certain t-shirt in recent social media posts (see pic above).
I asked myself:
What would be a great way to celebrate the launch of my new workbook Becoming a Critical Thinker?
Then Taylor Swift dropped an incredibly dense and lyrically-rich album driving fans everywhere into an impromptu literary analysis the scale of which we haven’t seen in a long time!
That’s when I realized: I want to talk about songs as poetry with your kids ages 12-18!
